I just wanted to let you know we had a great time on Sunday! We bbq’d up the trout last night with a cilantro, lime butter sauce…it was to die for!! SO delicious. Karsen (2 years old) has never wanted to eat fish before and even had a second helping last night! It must have been because he caught it LOL.
